The day I got it was late in day I started next morning 5 pills sound like a lot I decided to take 2 pills a day I took 2 pills at 630 am by 930 am the pain I was having in my heal of my foot was gone by 1pm the muscle and joint stiffness had let up a lot by day 2 my energy level improved a lot tomorrow will be day 5 and I no longer feel drain so far great

                  I’m going on my second month of using. I’m genrally pretty sensitive to Vitamin B’s get rather irritable from it. I seem to be handling B well with this vitamin.
